MS, ATC, EMT - Head Athletic Trainer, Protection Injury Prevention

Tim has a master’s degree in sports science and advanced athletic training.  A certified athletic trainer since 1996, Tim was the head athletic trainer at one of the most successful junior college athletics programs in the country, for 20 years.  He was also the medical director and head athletic trainer at the summer lacrosse camp at one of the service academies. He has worked with several professional teams as well. His experience in athletic training as well as managing and developing young professionals provides him with key experience for his role at PIP, where he is responsible for hiring, training and developing athletic trainers as well as setting the standard of care for the organization.

GREGORY KRAMER

Health and Safety Officer and Business Manager, Protection Injury Prevention

Greg holds a NEBOSH International General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety and has 20+ year successful career in Sales and Business Development for large scale manufacturers in the building industry as well as having owned multiple small businesses.  Greg will be hands on at PIP in developing the sales, marketing, and infrastructure of the business as well as day to day business operations.

DOCTOR RUTMAN

Chief Medical Officer

Dr. Matthew Rutman was born in Brooklyn, New York and graduated cum laude from Binghamton University with a degree in biology. After completing medical school at New York College of Osteopathic Medicine he completed his residency in emergency medicine at St. Barnabas Hospital in the Bronx where he was named chief resident receiving honors in teaching and patient care.
Dr. Rutman is a member of the American College of Osteopathic Emergency Physicians and board certified by the American Board of Osteopathic Emergency Medicine. In addition to his work at Rutman Medical, PLLC performing trigger point Injections, Dr. Rutman has been practicing emergency medicine as an attending physician for the past 15 years at St. Charles Hospital in Port Jefferson, New York and several other institutions.
Currently residing in Miller Place, New York. Dr Rutman is a dedicated father of 6 and an active member of the community where he coaches the St Anthony's travel basketball team. He enjoys traveling with his family. playing golf and fishing. Pain management has been a continuing interest for Dr. Rutman and an integral part of his practice.  He continues to maintain a holistic approach to patient care.
